Mail for Jack

I know it's getting late for this, but if you would like to send Jack a card, his mailing address is:

ATTN: Jack Marcelain
Children's Medical Center Dallas
1935 Motor Street
Dallas, TX 75235

Clever tip: Instead of using your own return address, put the Marcelain's address as a return address. That way, if Jack has already gone home by the time your card gets there, when the hospital 'returns' the card, it will go to Jack!!

Dear Jack,

I've heard that you are sick but I believe that you will be fine very soon, because I believe in miracles and I believe in God. You are sweet lovely boy and many, many people are loving you and looking forward to meeting you again: to play, to jog, to create new rules for old games, to make funny faces (I've heard you are the master:)...in short - to have fun with you and enjoy your company!

Oh, I forgot to introduce myself, my name is Arina. I had a wonderful chance to work with your grandpa. He is one of the best men in the world and I really proud that I worked with him. But I guess you know your grandpa much more better than I. So remember that he is eager to see you out of this bad days of your life.

I'd like to tell you about my place where I am living. The city is named Prague. It is one of the beautiful cities in Europe and in the whole world. I'd like to invite you to visit me and we all together can learn more about Prague.

Get Well Jack.

Hi Jack,
I just thought you might like to know that we have already sold over 150 bracelets to people who know you, love you and even to people who do not know you but love you anyways! You are famous! You know it's not every little boy that gets his own bracelet that people are anxious to get their hands on. Don't worry you will be the first one to get one as soon as they get here. We love you so much and are watching this site everyday for updates on you. I hope that you are having a better day today. I know that each one will get easier than the last. Maybe we will be able to visit you this summer.

Love,
Aunt Cari & Uncle Rob and your cousins Jordan, Morgan and Logan!

Dear Jack and family,
God's eye is on the sparrow and I know He watches you and your Mom and Dad and brother and sister too.
"Let not your heart be troubled," His tender word I hear, and resting in His goodness, I lose my doubts and fears, Tho by the path that He leadeth, but one step I may see; His eye is on the sparrow and I know he watches me.I sing because I'm happy, I sing because I am free, for His eye is on the sparrow and I know He watches me.

What beautiful promises are in this hymn of old. It seem to say a lot about what God has done and is doing. Praise Him who loves and cares so very much and holds you all in the hollow of his hand.

God is Good! All the time!

Dear Marcelains,

Praise God for the wonderful news you have received. The power of prayer is so amazing!

Jack, we hope you feel better very soon. It was good to hear you were able to help your mommy "sing"! If not with words, but with your heart. You're such a brave little boy! We are thinking of you and praying for you and your family everyday.

Sweet dreams and God Bless!

Dear Jack,

Tell Mommy and Dad that they have to get you a Passport because you and I have places to go, people to see, things to do and bracelets to deliver.

If Dad says you can't have a Passport tell him that Grandpa is going to give him a spanking and put him in time out.

I love you,

Grandpa

Jack,

I always knew that you were special, but I never until now realzed how special you are.

Grown ups like to talk about great world leaders and the impact that they have had on the world. None of them have come close to touching people's lives like a six year old boy in a hospital bed in Dallas, Texas named Jack Marcelain.

Grandpa's new claim to fame is that Jack Marcelain is my grandson.

Daddy told me how you gave Mommy and Marmar the love sign when they wer singing to you today. Jack you will never be able to comprehend how much that meant to them and to all of us all over the world praying and thinking about you. You the man Jack.

Love,

Grandpa

As today is "Be a Sermon Day", I chose to make this day a day of prayer for all the sick and bereaved of our congregation. We certainly give God all the praise for the safe delivery through surgery that Jack came through. We are praying for strength and continance for Tammy and Rob. As you face the Master each day during this trial, ask for His grace and mercy on you all. He will deliver to you. We all know that God is our Maker, who looks to us to plead with Him for His love.

Our prayers are continually for all of you as you maintain vigil to be at your son's side.

Don't worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will take care of itself.

In Christian love and understanding,

Marty & Doug
