Football in the Heat
























Here are some pictures of Derek at football practice this evening. If you have read Sarah's post about the heat then you know just how hot it is in West Texas right now. Quoting the Sparks who used to be one of my favorite 80's bands, I want to go to cool, cool, cool, places tonight.

It is hot!! It is SO stinkin' hot!! Tonight I went back up to school and on my way home at 9:15 it was 97*!! 97* in the evening! It is so hot and I am so grouchy and I don't even want to know what combination of hot and grouchy I would be were I required to watch football in the heat!
